We are a family owned and operated facility in North Palm Beach, Florida. Standard of Care was started by Dr Tay G Gaines, Addiction Psychiatrist, who has been practicing for over 20years. Dr. Gaines has worked exclusively in the addiction field for over a decade and provided services to many substance abuse programs in and around Palm Beach Country during his tenure. Dr. Taylor Gaines, Doctor of Pharmacy, is the Co-Founder and has worked in addiction for 10years.

At Standard of Care, we believe in the gold standard of medical modalities to assist traditional therapy in the goal of abstinence and successful treatment of addiction.
